A copy of a letter from Peter Polloni to Harriet Bleakley, editor and publisher for The News-Herald to explain the role PARC played in the removal of Dr. James McClelland as superintendent of Polk State School and Hospital and to respond to points Bleakley raised in her editorial. A copy of Bleakley's editorial, calling for small community-based residential facilities and better care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Pennsylvania, accompanies this letter.
