  • A copy of two telegrams sent to Clapp as President of PARC after the removal of Dr. James McClelland as superintendent of Polk State School and Hospital. The top telegram supports Clapp and PARC while the bottom telegram voices their displeasure with her and PARC. The bottom telegram from the Venango County ARC even discusses the possibility of the organization leaving PARC.
