A scan of a letter from Dr. James McClelland, former director of Polk State School and Hospital who was removed from office during Clapp's tenure as President of PARC, wrote to Clapp to inform her that he had no intention to attend a luncheon honoring her work at PARC. PARC hosted this luncheon due to Clapp and her family moving to Virginia.
