Rep. William Russell Robinson, former political writer for the New Pittsburgh Courier, former Pittsburgh City Council member and Pennsylvania State Representative for the 19th District. Neighborhood improvement loans and spending, and lacking results in majority-Black neighborhoods. Legislation during his city council terms: creating security and opportunities for women and minorities. Working on the Human Rights Commission. Re-entering politics after leaving City Council; re-creating political supports and bonds; then joining the Pennsylvania State Legislature.
