Re-entering politics after leaving City Council; re-creating political supports and bonds; then joining the Pennsylvania State Legislature. His experience as a "tenacious" politician in the legislature: fighting against identity theft and eminent domain misuse, fighting for small businesses and non-union workers' rights.
