  • Description
  • To honor local veterans, a temporary Honor Roll Tablet was erected on Center Avenue where it stood until 1949. It was later replaced by this more elaborate Veteran’s Monument erected in Pitcairn Park by American Legion Post 256 and the Borough Council. The monument was dedicated to Pitcairn’s servicemen and women on May 30, 1980.
