  • Two referees keep an eye on the players: one from the sidelines and one from the middle of the field. The players are in the middle of a play, some mid-tackle. Fans line the edge of the field to support the teams. Their practices and home games took place at Scaife Field on Ann Street. Originally from the collection of Helen Maryanski.
