  • Description
  • This postcard depicts the Oakmont Train Station; across the street from the station is L.B. Blaine Plumbing. The station was located between Delaware and Maryland Avenues along Allegheny Avenue. The Pennsylvania Railroad conducted service out to Oakmont and into Pittsburgh until the late 1960s. After service was discontinued, it was demolished in June of 1970.
