Description
The building on the left side of this picture, which the St. Patrick's Day flood of 1936 has partially inundated, has a sign on it that says Equitable Gas Company Pressure Regulating Station. On the right side of the image, you can see across a snowy trolley bridge. The flood caused damage to over 130 buildings in structures in the Oakmont area alone. Originally from the Moss Collection.
