  • In this photograph, a large group gathers outside the Oaks Theater for a bond drive. The Oakmont Honor Roll, listing the names of those who served in World War One, can be seen in the background. This empty space next to the Oaks now holds a restaurant. The Oaks Theater, located at 310 Allegheny River Boulevard in Oakmont, is a gloriously refurbished 430-seat single-screen movie house, presenting the best in current, classic, and non-traditional cinema entertainment.
