Description
E.C. Funck writes to Henry Ellenbogen. Banco Pinto was successful in reaching an agreement with the Exchange Control Committee to allow for the transfer of the $4,000 in question via U.S. banknote. Banco Pinto is unable to offer insurance on the banknotes due to the present war and rumors that banknotes are being held in Bermuda.
