Ellenbogen confirms receipt of their last letter and writes that August Mehring had ordered Banco Pinto & Sotto Mayer to send $4,000 to Chase National Bank via cable. Ellenbogen asks Chase National Bank to request that Banco Pinto carry out Mehring's instructions.
