Joe Liberto stands in front of his store, located at 854 Oakmont Avenue, which is now Allegheny River Boulevard. His hand rests on the side of the horse that pulls his delivery wagon, which informs the viewer that his post office address is Box 255. Two women, a man and two children stand next to a pile of crates in front of the store. Two others stand at the top of the stairs, preparing to leave the shop. The steps read Honest Scrap.
