The Tarentum Oral Histories: Voices of Faith, Years of Change collection consists of nine oral histories that focus on twentieth-century life, industry, and Catholicism in Tarentum. These interviews were conducted by Sister Sally Witt, C.S.J. in 1995 on behalf of the Allegheny-Kiski Valley Historical Society.

What's in the entire collection?

The collection, held by the Allegheny-Kiski Valley Historical Society, contains 13 audiocassette tapes of nine oral history interviews with corresponding transcriptions. These interviews were conducted in 1995 as part of a Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission grant. They were used as part of the research for a brochure of a walking tour of West Tarentum.
