Description of the photograph reads, “TWO ALLEGHENY CENTER is the newest addition to Allegheny Center, Alcoa’s extensive residential-commercial complex in Pittsburgh. The 13-story building features a superstructure cantilevered at the third floor to provide a 19-foot overhang at the north and south ends. Alcoa Alply Panels, lightweight aluminum-faced laminated panels with a polystyrene foam core, form the curtain wall for the structure.”
