  • The Keystone State and Loan Association Building was located on Fifth Avenue opposite of Ross Street in downtown Pittsburgh before this demolition project began. The Allegheny County Courthouse and Jail (1884-1888), designed by Henry Hobson Richardson, is pictured on the left.
