  • The partially completed U.S. Steel-Mellon Building is located between Oliver and Fifth Avenues along William Penn Way in downtown Pittsburgh. The Oliver Building (left) is in the foreground along with Oliver Avenue (lower center foreground). Immediately in front of the new building (lower center) is the Mellon Bank Building. The U.S. Steel-Mellon Building is now part of the Mellon Center complex.
