Description
The Mesta Machine Company plant was located about six miles from Pittsburgh and covered over twenty acres. Some of the buildings, all of which were fireproof, that occupied the site included machine shops, forge shops, a pattern shop, an iron foundry, a steel and brass foundry, and laboratories. In 1983 WHEMCO acquired the assets of Mesta Machine Company.
