Description
Mifflin School students participated in a research project called “Destination North Pole,” which was broadcast by the Pittsburgh television station KDKA-TV. The project started with a Greek time line at approximately 325 B.C. and then moved through time describing the history of exploration to the year 1968. Mrs. Dolores K. Sebastian, a teacher at Mifflin School, directed the project.
