  • Hand colored; "In pursuance of an Order No. 20, dated the first day of April, 1769, surveyed for Mr. George Croghan the above described tracts of land, each containing the quantity therein inserted with the usual allowances, containing in the whole thirteen hundred and fifty-two acres, 39 perches, with the usual allowances proportioned to six per cent, situate on the River Ohio from the mouth of the Two Mile Run up to the Narrows, including several of his improvements, surveyed the 26th & 27th of June 1769 by Robert McCrea"; Includes table of distances; Copied for William M. Darlington Esq. by E. H. Hastings.
