Full title: By the Honourable John Penn, Esquire, Governor and Commander in Chief of the Province of Pennsylvania, and Counties of New Castle, Kent and Sussex, on Delaware, a Proclamation. Abstract: Proclamation offering a reward of 50 pounds each for the apprehension of the murderers of the Indian known as Joseph Wipey, believed to be John Hinkson and James Cooper. Wipey was murdered in Westmoreland County in May, 1774. Note: Royal arms at head of title. Publisher: Hall and Sellers, Philadelphia.
