Dimensions: 29 x 22 cm. Text begins: About two years since, a publication appeared in the Ulster Gazette, giving the substance of a conversation that had passed between the subscriber [Jacobus S. Bruyn] and Messrs. Clinton and Spencer. Abstract: Open letter describing Jacobus S. Bruyn's conversations with DeWitt Clinton and Ambrose Spencer concerning the right of Ulster County, New York to have a representative member in the New York Council of Appointment.
