  • View of a Giant Eagle Market delivery truck beside the 330,000-square-foot Federal Cold Storage building at the corner of Smallman and 15th Street. Federal Cold Storage was a division of City Products Corporation and was located between Penn Avenue and Smallman Street at the corner of 15th Street. It later served as storage for Robert Wholey & Co., a fish retailer and wholesaler.
