Description
A view of the regrading and repaving progress on Penn Avenue looking west from Bells Alley. On the right of the street are the Pennsylvania Railroad Yards. The buildings on the left house Chaplin-Fulton Company and Point Motors Company. At the end of the street on the left is the Point Building, which houses Miller Saw Trimmer Company. The Point Bridge crosses the Monongahela River in the background as a trolley approaches from Water Street.
