Line drawing of the edifice for the First Methodist Protestant Church located in Allegheny, Pa. In 1892 the congregation of the First Methodist Protestant church of Pittsburgh leased their property for the Kaufmann Brothers department store. It was decided that the congregation would build two new churches, one in the East End of Pittsburgh and another on Bidwell street in Allegheny City. This was a proposed design by Frederick Osterling that was not selected for construction.
