Description
In 1990, the bank at 5810 Forbes Avenue was Pittsburgh National Bank until it merged with Provident National Corporation based in Philadelphia in 1983 and became PNC Bank. The building on the right has a curved top that indicated it had originally been the entrance to the Orpheum Theater, which showed silent films in the early 1920s. It became a series of restaurants.
