  • This crew installed the first telephone lines in Crafton. The first exchange was located in the living room of 103 Noble Avenue, the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Jenemann. The boy in the center is Creighton Murphy. He reportedly worked as the waterboy for the linemen.
