Description
Glassblowers hand-blowing glass by utilizing a blowpipe in order to inflate molten glass into a cylinder that is then cooled, cut, reheated, and formed into a flat sheet of glass. In order to elongate the molten glass into a cylinder, the glassblowers make use of holes in the plant floor as they swing the glass and force air through the blowpipe in order to expand the cylinder.
