  • Description
  • The 1830 Log House is located on McLaughlin Run Road. It was built to house farm hands by John Gilfillan [1784-1859]. At one point, white clapboard was placed over top of the log structure, which helped to protect and preserve the original log house. The log house is also known as the Fulton Log House after its last private owners, the Fulton family.
