  • Plenty of Free Parking! Unlike other amusement parks in the area that were built with ready access to trolley lines, Burke Glen catered to the automobile by offering plenty of free parking. The Park had been conceived with the family car firmly in mind, and in fact, it was to be billed as the first amusement park to be built for the traveling public.
