Description
The Wormsley & Bryant auto repair shop had opened at 1611 Centre Avenue in the Hill District by 1945. By 1948 it is listed in city directories as Wormsley's Auto Service, Samuel Wormsley, proprietor, at 830 Anaheim Street. This view shows the Centre Avenue shop with two vehicles in the garage bays. A doorway in the building gives access to the Penn Bag & Burlap Co. at street nos. 1607-1611.
