  • Judge Homer S. Brown, in robes, shaking hands with his law partner Paul Jones. Judge Brown was elected Judge of Allegheny County and later to the Court of Common Pleas, and served seven terms in the Pennsylvania Legislature. Brown and Richard Jones had been law partners since 1941, and Paul Jones joined the firm between ca. 1945 and 1948. They are standing in front of a bouquet of flowers with a ribbon inscribed [...]politan Church. One of the men in the background has been identified as Robert Logan.
