Joseph (b. Aug 1, 1886) and Ada Rolinson (b. Jan 28, 1886) immigrated to the United States c1906 from Walsall, England and were married Oct 22, 1910. They gave birth to their Elise five years later in Beaver Falls, Pa. Joseph became a nationalized citizen in 1924 with Ada following in 1941. Joseph Rolinson was an employee of the Ingram-Richardson Manufacturing Company of Indiana, Inc., in Beaver Falls.
The Joseph Rolinson Papers consist of Ada and Joseph Rolinson's income tax reports and worksheets (1918 – 1957), legal property agreements (1886 – 1945), as well as Joseph and Ada's immigration, nationalization, and voter registration papers (1906 – 1951.) The collection also contains six chemical formula notebooks (1929 – 1935) from Joseph Rolinson's employment as a foreman with the Ingram-Richardson Manufacturing Company of Indiana, Inc.
