Scope and Content Notes
The photographic collection for David "Lefty" Abrams includes images from 1900-1920. Many of the photographs depict Abrams posing with his teammates for the Coffey Club basketball and baseball teams and Carnegie Institute of Technology basketball team. Also included in the collection are three family photographs, one with his brother, and a single photograph showing Abrams as a young boy at the Irene Kaufmann Settlement.

A collection of six oversize photographs have been separated and described as MSR#536. The photographs include the Coffey Club baseball team for the 1912-1913 and 1914-1915 seasons and the Coffey Club basketball team for the 1912-1913, 1914-1915, 1915-1916, and 1918-1919 seasons.
