  • This is a photograph of Isaac Seder. He began his career in the mercantile business selling wholesale women's wear with his partner Jacob H. Frank before moving to retail sales. He was co-founder and president of the Frank and Seder store, which was located in downtown Pittsburgh, from 1907 until his death in 1924. The business continued, run by his son and his partners, until it closed in 1954.
