Description
Frederick Theodore Wagner, son of August and Elizabeth, was a Pittsburgh photographer who often photographed his relatives, children, friends and neighbors. He died in Wayne, Pennsylvania, on October 22, 1956. The 1912 Pittsburgh Directory lists a Philip Wolfe at 1909 Center Avenue who could possibly be the owner of this home photographed by Wagner.
