Construction workers at the construction site of 525 William Penn Place (formerly the U.S. Steel-Mellon Building). In the background on the left is the Oliver Building. Beside it is the Heinz 57 Center. In the background, you can see the steeple of the church at 620 Smithfield Street, part of the Chamber of Commerce Building at 411 Seventh Avenue, and part of the Bell Telephone Building at 416 Seventh Avenue.
