Description
Velma L. Davis (1914-2015). Known to her family as Dee Dee. She was married to Professor Ralph Davis, a prominent Pittsburgh music teacher, composer, and choral director. Davis talks about performing the Messiah; her husbands role as Choir director in Pittsburgh Churches: John Wesley A.M.E. Zion Church, Warren Methodist Church, and the Bethel A.M.E. Church.
