  • Robinson 1967 Community Action Program - Manchester Office Group portrait of children who participated in the Community Action Program at the Manchester location, originally created under the Lyndon B. Johnson administration's 'war on poverty', this program aimed to assist lower-income communities in an effort to support Black families and blue-collar workers. This program is still in action today, and has since been renamed to be the Pittsburgh Community Services Incorporated.
