Description
Dr. Lowman's residence in Johnstown, Pennsylvania shortly after the 1889 flood. The residence is falling apart after heavy damage caused by the flood. Several men have gathered at the location including one which appears to be a police officer/ constable. A church is in the background on the left. The Presbyterial Church, located on Main Street, can be seen on the right.
