  • Office fronts and Adams Express Co. where two "landmark" locust trees were removed. The Adams Express Co. delivered goods that arrived in Johnstown on the train directly to people's home. Down the street from the Adams Express Co. were the law offices of Cyrus Elder and Cyrus Pershing. Elder became involved with the South Fork Fishing &Hunting Club after Daniel Morrell died in 1885.
