Kaufmann's International Exposition of Arts and Industries highlighted the history and achievements of design and manufacturing around the world. Each department played host to exhibits and demonstrations. A full-color candy American flag and a 200-pound chocolate replica of the Fort Pitt blockhouse drew visitors to the candy section.
