Description
D. L. Clark Company building exterior in the North Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pa. In 1911, the Clark Company considerably expanded its business by acquiring a candy and cracker company on Martin Street (later Martindale Street). Until 1986, the Clark Company remained at its North Side location. As a result, the oversized Clark sign atop the factory became a longstanding Pittsburgh landmark.
