  • Frank J. Donahue and Lynn Wohleber with "Sammy the Christmas Seal." Frank J. Donahue was Executive Director of the Tuberculosis League of Pittsburgh throughout the 1960s and 1970s. Sammy was a puppet used in pre-school programs about lung health and Christmas Seals programs. This photograph was taken at a celebration for the 75th anniversary of the American Lung Association of Western Pennsylvania.
