Family member of a Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company employee using protective mask to observe operations in the Tank Department at the company's plant in Tarentum, Pennsylvania during an open house. Depicted in this image is Mr. McCarthy, a member of the Twindow Department at the plant, Mrs. McCarthy and a child. PPG hosted the open house for the families of employees and members of the Tarentum community.
