  • Description
  • Hugh and Agnes (Graham) Maxwell came to America from Ireland, in 1830, settling in Patton Township. The couple had eight children, two of whom died in the Civil War. Hugh and Agnes are buried, along with several generations of Maxwell’s, in the Cross Roads Cemetery in Monroeville, Pa.
