Description
Looking northwest at landslide on Valley Street bend in Allegheny City, Allegheny County, PA (1905). Valley Street was part of the Watson Land and Investment Company development. Corner of Robert H. Brown's frame dwelling is seen next to slide area. The C.T. Hoad (dark) and Chas. S. Blair (white) dwellings situated on Perrysville Plank Road can be seen. (Valley was renamed Venture Street and is located on what is now Pittsburgh's North Side).
