  • Progress Photograph Number 22 of the William Penn Hotel. The hotel was designed by Janssen and Abbot and the construction engineer was James L. Stuart. The steel beams seem to be completely free-standing at this point, and now the lower-level stories and corners are completed. Although this photo and the previous progress photo (21) were taken on the same day, the upper level is completed in this photo, but it is open in the earlier image (200801.18.WP).
