Description
Taken form the terrace of the Westinghouse Building in downtown Pittsburgh, kiosks display paintings at the Three Rivers Arts Festival to the left of the reflecting pool beside the United Steelworkers Building (right foreground). In the distance (left background) are the three buildings of Gateway Center. The festival used plaza space surrounding the buildings of Gateway Center to display paintings by regional artists. Thousands of people visited the area in early June during the day and evening to stroll among the fabulous buildings of Gateway Center and to enjoy the artwork and other festivities.
