Description
The site for the new U.S. Steel Building (presently known as the U.S. Steel Tower), extends in front of the Federal Courthouse and Post Office Building (background, center). To the left is the Koppers Building directly across Grant Street from the construction site and beyond the Koppers Building is the Gulf Building. Bigelow Boulevard can be seen entering the city in the lower right corner of the photograph.
